After Sales Service Policy
Thanks for your interests in our products. To protect your interests, from the date you receive the products, we offer
1. Refund within 7 days (or 15days if product is unused and in its original condition & packaging), for purchases from shop.oaxis.com only.
2. Exchange within 15 days for manufacturing defect
3. Repair warranty within 1 year
1. Our warranty does NOT cover damages NOT arising from manufacturing defect, such as damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification of any part of the product, improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by anyone other than OAXIS.
2. This policy is applicable to purchases shipped outside China market. For purchases shipped within China, please refer to http://bbs.oaxis.com/read.php?tid=25
3. We reserve the rights to modify this policy at any time we deem appropriate.
RMA Application Procedure
Step 1: Email the following information to email@example.com to apply for a RMA number.

8. Reason for return (please be as detailed as possible):
9. Please attach a digital copy of your Proof of Purchase showing your product model, purchase date and retailer.
Step 2: Once your application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your RMA number, return address and some relevant details. Please indicate clearly your RMA number on the packaging box as well as on the Courier Form or Airway Bill so that we can identify and process it correctly.
Step 3: Once we received the returned item, we will verify it against your application within 3 working days. If verified OK, then we will process accordingly for your exchange/repair/refund and you will receive another email notification for this. However, if the returned item is found not within the warranty (either expired or damage not arising from material/workmanship under normal use), we will collect the cost from you accordingly before proceed with the exchange or repair.
1. Please ship the product in its original packaging or packaging that gives a fair level of protection so that you won't have to bear the additional cost due to damage during transportation.
2. For exchange or refund, please include original packaging, accessories and free gifts (if any) or we may have to charge you accordingly or deduct from the amount to be refunded.
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For returns due to manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for shipping the item back to you and we will give you up to US$20 cash voucher (for our online store) as compensation.
4. For exchange or repair, we will ship the item to the Shipping Address you provided during your RMA application. If there’s any changes to your Shipping Address, do email us as soon as possible or we may have to charge you for the additional shipping cost incurred.
